How to Request Data Deletion
If you want to delete your data from Fam, you can do so in the following ways:
1. Delete from your dashboard
Log in to your Fam account and go to Settings. You can disconnect any third-party integrations (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) which immediately revokes access and deletes stored tokens. You can also delete your entire account from the settings page.
2. Email us
Send a deletion request to support@selzee.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you request full account deletion, we remove:
- Your account information (name, email, password hash)
- All AI employee configurations, memory, and workspace files
- All integration credentials and OAuth tokens (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.)
- All integration data retrieved on your behalf (ad account data, campaign metrics, analytics data)
- Usage and activity logs
Billing records may be retained as required by tax law. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may also be retained.
Meta (Facebook) Users
If you logged in or connected your Meta account to Fam, you can also remove the app from your Meta account settings:
- Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find Fam and click Remove.
- This revokes our access to your Meta data. To also delete data already stored on our side, email support@selzee.com.
