Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Selzee ("the Service"), operated by Selzee ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Selzee is a platform that allows you to create, configure, and deploy AI employees. AI employees can connect to third-party services (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Gmail, Google Calendar, Shopify, Klaviyo, Judge.me) via integrations you authorize, communicate through channels you configure (e.g., Telegram, Slack), and perform tasks using AI models powered by API keys you provide.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@selzee.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your API Keys & Third-Party Services

You provide your own API keys for AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI). You are responsible for compliance with each provider's terms of use. We do not control or take responsibility for the output generated by third-party AI models.

When you connect third-party integrations, you authorize us to access your accounts on those platforms within the scopes you approve. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Use AI employees to generate spam, misleading content, or engage in deceptive practices.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

7. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data, configurations, and content you provide to the Service. We retain ownership of the Selzee platform, its code, design, and branding. We do not claim ownership of outputs generated by your AI employees.

9. Data & Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described there.

10. Service Availability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for actions taken by AI employees, third-party API outages, or results produced by AI models. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any actions your AI employees take on connected platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selzee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Selzee, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Service or any actions taken by your AI employees.
  • Your violation of these terms or any applicable law.
  • Your use of third-party API keys, integrations, or connected accounts.
  • Any data processed through the Service on your behalf.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Selzee is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
